Well the Iron Cupcake Challenge is back and this month’s ingredient is Coffee. So I made, Coffee Caramel S’mores Cupcakes.  It is a chocolate graham cracker cupcake with a hint of coffee and a gooey caramel center.  Topped with vanilla fluff and dusted with crumbled graham crackers.
