I be jammin’!

I made strawberry-rhubarb jam today.  I picked up strawberries and rhubarb from yesterday’s Green City Market and decided to try my first attempt at canning.  

I think it went very successfully.  The jam tasted great, but the hardest part was getting that big pot of water to boil in order to can.  

Next time I just need to remember to get smaller jars, so I can share the jam with more people.  I can’t wait to try this on cheesecake!
