This picture is from my second Iron Cupcake: Chicago Challenge. The secret ingrediant was savory. I made Cornbread Poppers.
The Ragin’ Cajun was a veggie chorizo cornbread popper topped with a N’awlins spiced cream cheese.
La Befana was a sun-dried tomatoe and chili powder cornbread popper topped with pesto cream cheese.
