So this month’s challenge for Iron Cupcake Earth was to make a Savory Cupcake. Of course, I had to keep it southern and made the Ragin’ Cajun Cupcake! (Cornbread batter mixed with sharp cheddar cheese and sautéed chorizo veggie sausage, onions, and bell peppers. Topped with a spread consisting of cream cheese, sharp cheddar, and New Orleans’ spices.) The spread is so super yummy! As always, will let you know when voting is open.
